Shipping and returns
Everything ships from the studio in Chicago, IL.
Shipping
- Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio in 2 to 4 business days.
- Standard US shipping is $6, and complimentary on orders over $75. It usually arrives 4 to 8 business days after your order.
- Express shipping is $18 and usually arrives in 2 to 4 business days.
- Every order ships with tracking. You will get the number by email as soon as it leaves.
- Made-to-order pieces and commissions have their own timelines, agreed with you before work starts.
- Right now the shop ships within the United States. For international orders, get in touch.
Original paintings
Originals are packed and shipped by a specialist art shipper, fully insured. Shipping is quoted separately when you inquire, and local pickup in Chicago is welcome.
Returns
- Ready-to-ship necklaces, prints and cards can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- Pieces need to come back unworn and in their original packaging.
- Custom, personalized and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
To start a return, email hello@simonechagoya.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method within a few days of the piece arriving back at the studio.
Something wrong?
If anything arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days and Simone will repair or replace it.
